Beginning at 5:30 PM\, grab delicious Pakistani food from Zeera Food Truck (parked in senior parking) and bring it into the Roxy lounge\, where you can also enjoy a beverage during a pre-screening social. At 6:30 PM\, we’ll head into the Annex for a free screening of a Pakistani feature film that showcases the richness of South Asian storytelling. This special evening\, made possible in partnership with Zeera and The Roxy Theater\, is designed to spark conversation\, celebration\, and connection. Admission is free\, but space is limited to 25 guests so come early\, grab dinner\, and be part of this Month of Welcome event!

Here in Missoula\, the refugee and immigrant neighbors bring rich tapestries of experiences that redefine the concept of home. \n\n\n\nFor the fifth consecutive year\, Soft Landing Missoula’s Stories of Home project invites us to explore the diverse and nuanced meanings of home. We delve into the homes left behind and the new ones forged; the homes we aspire to build and those that live on in our memories; the homes found in physical spaces and those discovered in the embrace of community. \n\n\n\nJoin us for an immersive evening featuring a collection of multimedia narratives. For the first time Stories of home will be presented through a series of documentary shorts. We’ll share the stories of individuals who have made Missoula their new home after journeying here as refugees and immigrants. \n\n\n\nThe highlight of our gathering will be a moderated panel session with project participants.
